Ingredients:
- Oats – 1.5 cups
- Pumpkin seeds – small handful
- Cranberries – small handful
- Almond butter (or any type of nut butter) – 1 tablespoon
- Chia seeds – 1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon – 1 teaspoon
- Apple – finely chopped (or preferably pureed)
- Maple syrup – 1 teaspoon
- Rice milk – 1 cups
- Blackberries – handful (to serve)
Instructions:
- Mix oats, seeds, cranberries, cinnamon and maple syrup together in a bowl
- Add the milk and nut butter and stir thoroughly
- Cover the bowl with a plate and refrigerate overnight
- In the morning, add the apple and blackberries and serve
